Hamiltonian Inc. and Hamiltonian International LLC (collectively “Credit Convey”, “VANSi”, “VAN$i”, “we”, “us”, “our, or the “Company”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy notice.

This Privacy Notice applies to information we collect when you visit our websites, www.creditconvey.com, www.vansi.com, and www.hamiltonian.inc or any website of ours that links to this Privacy Notice (our “Websites”), install and use our mobile applications (our “App”), or use our products and services (our “Services”) (our Websites, App, and Services collectively referred to in this Privacy Notice as the “Platform”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, and disclosing information through the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Notice). Your continued use of our Platform after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this Privacy Notice periodically for updates.

1.        Information Related to Our Services

Personal information that we collect from you or create about you in connection with our Services is protected by federal financial privacy laws. For information about how we comply with those privacy laws, see our Federal Privacy Notice below.

When you apply to use our Platform, you will be asked to connect your bank account through one of our third-party financial data providers. With your consent, your bank account and transaction information will be collected and shared with us. We do not receive or store your bank login credentials. Your use of these third-party financial data providers is subject to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review before connecting your account.

2.        Information Unrelated to Our Services

We also protect other information that you provide to us that is not related to our Services, but that information is not subject to federal financial privacy laws. This type of information includes information that you provide to us through the Contact Us form on our Websites or via email.

Our public website does not use any automatic data collection or tracking technologies, such as cookies, pixels, or web beacons. As a result, our public website does not collect or store any personally information about you unless you affirmatively choose to provide such information through the Contact Us form.

3.        How We Use and Share Your Information. 

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us to

  • provide, support, personalize, and develop our Services and Platform;

  • process your requests, payments, and transfers;

  • prevent fraud, financial crime, and misuse of our Services and Platform;

  • communicate with you, including providing you with customer service and support, investigating and addressing concerns and monitoring, and improving our responses;

  • send marketing communications (e.g., promotional offers, product updates, or tailored analytical services) related to our own products and services or those of third parties;

  • help maintain and improve the quality, safety, security, and integrity of the Platform, our Services, databases, technology assets, and business operations;

  • carry out our legal and contractual rights and obligations, enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, and respond to law enforcement requests; and

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties to market to you. We may share your personal information with service providers that assist us with the uses we describe above, but those service providers cannot reuse the information for any other purpose. You can also access, correct or update certain personal information that we hold about you by contacting us by email at support@creditconvey.zendesk.com or, if you are a user, by submitting a support ticket through our Platform. Please alert us to any errors or changes to ensure that it is complete, accurate, and as current as possible. We may not accommodate a request to correct or update your personal information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

5.        Information Security. 

We have implemented measures designed to secure your information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we have implemented measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission of your personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures deployed on the Platform. We NEVER ask for your bank account information via email. NEVER provide your bank account information over email or phone to anyone.

6.        Children Under the Age of 18. 

Our Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Platform. We do not knowingly collect your personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on our Platform or on or through any of its features, register on the Platform or, use any of the interactive or public comment features of our Platform or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received your personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information directly from a child under 18, please contact us promptly.

What we do

How does Vansi protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

How does Vansi collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • Open an account  or Give us your contact information

  • Provide account information  or Give us your income information

  • Tell us where to send the money

We also collect your personal information from others companies.

Definitions

Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include financial companies such as Hamiltonian Inc. and Hamiltonian International LLC, and Hamiltonian International LTD

Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Vansi does not share information with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include other financial services companies.

Other important information

We do not do business in California, Connecticut, Nevada, Hawaii, Maryland, Utah, Kansas, Mississippi, South Carolina, Wisconsin, or Washington, D.C. We do not knowingly collect personal information from residents of such states.

For Vermont residents: We will not share information we collect about you with nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law, including, for example, with your consent or to service your account. We will not share information about your creditworthiness with our affiliates, other than as permitted by Vermont law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures.
