Is there a free tier for Vansi?

Yes. Vansi offers a free tier with no membership fee. The free tier provides access to most features, including financial wellness insights and BaG cash (with certain limitations), at no cost.

Is Vansi Bridge-a-Gap (“BaG”) cash a payday loan? 

No. Our Bridge-a-Gap (“BaG”) cash products are not loans, payday loans, or any other types of traditional credit. They do not carry interest rates, do not require credit scores, and do not affect credit scores. 

The Vansi App provides Financial Wellness insights and notifications about your daily balances, income, and expenditures. As long as you keep your bank account connected, you can request BaG cash (commonly $20 non-growing or $40 growing over time up to $200) to avoid impairing your finances. BaGs are extended to all clients with qualified accounts (subject to approval).

Can I sign up for Vansi? 

Yes. Any U.S. person with an active checking account and a smartphone can sign up for Vansi membership products. Please note, connecting your bank account is required to provide financial wellness insight and other Services.

How can I apply for a BaG cash?

Download the Vansi App from the App Store and follow the instructions on the App. It’ll take about 5 minutes. 

Why do I need to connect my bank account?

Connecting your bank account is required for Vansi to activate the functionality the Platform, including financial wellness insights and analytics among other Services. This requires access to your day-to-day transactional information. 

Do I need a good credit score to sign up and get a BaG cash? 

No. Vansi membership products do not check credit scores and do not report to credit bureaus.

No. Vansi membership products do not check credit scores and do not report to credit bureaus. 

Does Vansi BaG cash charge interest? 

No. Vansi BaG cash is not a loan and does not charge any interest. 

Why doesn’t the App connect to my bank account?

Vansi's products rely on the data that your bank's service providers supply. Sometimes, those service providers fail to provide the necessary data to Vansi to successfully issue the products. Unfortunately, we will not be able to deliver the products in those instances. 

How do I cancel my membership and delete my account?

Once logged in, navigate to the "Settings" tab on the bottom-right of the screen, under the Bank Account section, select to cancel your membership or permanently deactivate your account. Alternatively, you can email Customer Service so that a Customer Service Agent can disconnect and deactivate your account for you. The Customer Service email address is on the App's Settings screen: support@creditconvey.zendesk.comDeleting the App itself from your mobile phone does not delete your account. If you have deleted the App, download it again and sign in with your email address and password.

Canceling your membership can take up to 24 hours to process. After membership cancellation, rest assured that:

  1. Your bank account will be disconnected.

  2. Your Account will be deactivated.

  3. You will no longer be charged any Membership Fees.

What is the $7.99 Membership Fee?

This bi-weekly recurring fee covers the cost of maintaining the connection to your bank account. The Vansi App works only if you keep your bank account connected. Services such as: 

  • Financial wellness insights powered by AI,

  • Income and expenditure alerts, 

  • Automatic payment breakdown into partial payments, 

  • Automatic payment rescheduling, 

  • $0 standard funds transfer fee, 

and many more are only available when your bank account is connected to the App. 

Can I get a refund for my $7.99 membership fee?

Yes. Membership Fees are subject to our courtesy refund policy upon request and will result in permanent membership cancellation. If you are unsatisfied with the App services, please contact Customer Service, and we will reimburse you according to our operating policies. My BaG cash request was denied. Why can’t I get a BaG cash? 

Our services depend on several conditions related to activity within your connected banked account. If your BaG request is denied, your membership will be automatically downgraded to the free tier membership. You may connect a different bank account where you have your day-to-day transactions and try again.

Is my BaG cash amount guaranteed to grow every time? 

NO. There is no guarantee. 

Our program is designed so that users receive growing cash over time, up to a $200 maximum. While many users receive a larger amount each time, it is still possible for a BaG cash request to get declined or receive a lower amount for a continued user. Continue obtaining income in your connected bank account and maintaining healthy, day-to-day transactions and balances. You will soon be back on track to receive more significant amounts once again. 

We encourage you to stay on track. Getting to a stage where your BaG cash would be sufficiently large may take some time. 

Is there a maximum BaG cash amount I can receive?

Yes. There is a maximum limit to the amount of BaG cash you can receive. The current maximum BaG cash amount available is $200.
